Thank you Maize

Morning! Had sometime to color when I was working on my gift tags the other day. This Maize for Days was just the right image to color for my thank you card. I know the picture is crooked and I thought I saved it with the correction apparently not, oh well.

After I printed the image I colored with various Copic markers and then die cut with a Spellbinders oval die. This designer paper from the pile was my inspiration for the colors. Added a textured orange layer to the card base. My sentiment panel and a few enamel dots and sparkles finishes it off. Voila! Have a wonderful day.

Masculine gift tag

Good morning. I was able to get my first set of masculine gift tags done and I am happy with how they turned out. Masculine tags are a little harder to make since they don't like a lot of the fluff that goes with a tag. ha ha  These turned out good I think over all.

I used the Large Banner layered die for the base layers. My woodland frame for the holiday sentiment is from Through the Woods stamp set. Colored with Copic markers then cute to fit the tag. Added a little bit of sparkle to the greenry sprigs. Tied off the top with some ribbon and button combo.

Now to make work on the girlie tags, those are more fun. hee hee  Have a wonderful day!

November Christmas Challenge

Good morning! Happy November. My goodness it is November already... Ai yi yi. The Dirty Dozen Christmas challenge is posted up over on the SCS Forum. Hope you can play along with us this month.

Really trying to get myself back into the crafting mojo and it has been tough. Watching a lot of videos on how to color again. I will get back into the swing of things. This is using Through the Woods that I stamped and colored with Copic markers.

Then I cut around the image so that I could pop it up on dimensionals after adding some cuts and texture to make it look even more popped up from the card. Some candi dots from gosh knows how long ago. Swiss dots textures to the base layers and some sparkles to finish it off. Voila!
