Hello all. Well I have to say we just got back a few days ago from a fun filled week at the beach and it was AWESOME! Everyone came back relaxed, energized and geared up for the rest of our summer. The house we stayed in was fantastic and we plan to rent it again next year. I opened our slider to the bedroom we were in and didn't close it until we left. The sound of the ocean was PERFECT!!! Oh man was it ever fun this year. Anyways....
I did buy a few bags of fresh salt water taffy for some of the girls and thought a tag would be perfect to attach to them. I used Best Day Ever for these tags.
The image is colored with various Copic markers and then die cut with a Whiff Of Joy die light. Before I added it to the die cut base I used my aqua brush and splattered some brown, green and blue to the tags so it wasn't so white. I know unusual for me to not have all the white but I wanted it to be less clean feeling. ha ha Stamped the sentiment and added an enamel dot to the corner. Finished it off with some sparkle and tied it off to the bags. Voila!

I used Strong and Beautiful for my card today. Placing several of the stamps on one block and then stamping all around the panel to create a background. Used Copic markers to color in the letters and leaves. Some diamond texture for the back panel to match the hint of diamond designer paper behind the image panel. I really am digging this sketch as of late if you hadn't noticed. :-) Some sparkle added to the sentiment circle and some piercing to the tab. Voila!

Floribunda... Kinda sounds like cowabunga doesn't it? Hee hee Well it sure is a floral masterpiece at that. This is a larger image but I only used a portion of it for my card front today.
After I colored the flowers with various Copic markers I added a die cut edge in yellow card stock and then added my sentiment to the base. Some piercing at the top to tie in the decorative die edge and then a few enamel dots and some sparkle. Voila!

This set is already going to used a lot at my house! This is called Summer Berries and oh is it every yummy. I stamped these berries out and colored with various Copic markers. I then delicately cut around the berries and leaves so I could add it to my oval base. The oval base is a decorative die cut and then I also sponged on the oval that is placed on the center. My sentiment and a few jewels to finish it off. Voila!

Now this is just as the title says Strong and Beautiful isn't it? Oh this is such a joy to color. These blooms are beautiful and oh such a great variety.
Used some designer paper for the base and yes more swiss dots texture. I think when I pull that embossing folder out I just can't put it away. ha ha My sentiment has a die cut heart with twine wrapped through it and some enamel dots to finish it off. Voila
