Floribunda... Kinda sounds like cowabunga doesn't it? Hee hee  Well it sure is a floral masterpiece at that. This is a larger image but I only used a portion of it for my card front today.
After I colored the flowers with various Copic markers I added a die cut edge in yellow card stock and then added my sentiment to the base. Some piercing at the top to tie in the decorative die edge and then a few enamel dots and some sparkle. Voila!

I really like how this turned out. So fresh and summer feeling. This is Big Sexy Blooms and it awesome! I stamped the image and then cut to fit my square card with a yellow card stock layer. Used several Copic markers to color these but left the petals mostly white. Some swiss dots texture to the base and adhered the image panel. Sponged around the sentiment panel and adhered the front with a little yellow slice of card stock. Added some enamel dots and Voila!

Masculine thank you

Morning! Yep, another one of the masculine thank you cards from last week. This one is using Wild Mushrooms stamp set. I stamped the image in caramel ink for the center, then off stamped it to the left and the right. The right is more of a shadow look and I wasn't sure at first but I do like how this turned out for a masculine card.

Then used again Vibrant Thanks ( A favorite of mine) for the sentiments. More chicken wire for the base and some piercing around the main panel. A few brads and Voila!
Be sure to keep check back as we have a new release coming this week!  Woot Woot! You never want to miss one of Power Poppy's new releases.  :-)

Big thank you

Happy Friday! Needed several masculine thank you cards this last week and Big Sexy Leaves was perfect for one of them. I used green ink to match the card stock and stamped a portion of the image. Layered onto a white card stock base.

The base has a chicken wire texture added before my image panel was adhered. Stamped my sentiment from Vibrant Thanks and a scrap of black paper with a fish tale end. A few enamel dots and voila!

Pint for dad

Good morning. This is one of the Father's day cards I made this year using O Hoppy Day. The border is stamped using the larger image in the set and only a portion stamped around the edge so I could center the middle with another image in the set.

Various Copic markers were used to coloring. Pierced a border around the main panel and the center. Added some old CTMH hardware for the sentiment. Voila!
Have a wonderful day.

Summer heat means stamping time

Happy Friday! This is a summer feeling card don't you think? Very bright and cheerful which was exactly what I wanted to create for this person. These beautiful blooms are Simply Camellias that I have used several times. Maybe one of my favorite sets? They are stamped on white card stock and colored with Copic markers.

After it was colored I delicately cut around the stems and blooms so I could add it to the white decorative base. Oh I have not cut around blooms in awhile and I just love it. Then stamped the sentiment to the side at an angle and a few enamel dots. The base has some chicken wire texture and some gingham paper. Voila!

Wild birthday flowers

Mid week already oh my goodness. Well school is out as of yesterday, but they still have their college classes for another two weeks. But then we are out for summer! Exciting times ladies. HA!  Needed some coloring time so I grabbed Pure Prairie Spirit since it has several different blooms and requires me to think of colors. :-)

I stamped the image onto white cardstock and colored with a lot of Copic colors. I never take pictures of the markers I use and its a good thing as I used several on this card. My orange needs to be blended a bit ore i think as I look at this. Anyways... Only added a scallop edge to the base and a few jewels for accents. Voila! Have a wonderful day.

Class of 2019

My graduation cards this year. Normally I create the cards in the colors of the school for the graduate. Well this year I have not only our school but a few other graduates and time was limited. So... we all get the classic black, white and gold colors for the year. No one will really know except the ones from the boys school. I am good with that this year.  :-)

Used several retired items for these also from the die cut numbers to the sentiment themselves. The stars are from ODBD with a few added gold sequins and some textured background. The picture isn't straight because I was in a hurry. But hey I got the picture taken that is success right now. HA! Thanks for stopping by.

Cup of sweet memories

Happy Friday! This card did not turn out quite like I had pictured in my head. That always frustrates me when that happens, but I think it looks ok. My new dies came in a few weeks back and I am finally using them called A Cup of Java. The cup was perfect for my flower from Sweet Memories. The blooms are colored with various Copic markers and then die cut using the cup base.

A scallop base behind the cup that I popped up on dimensionals. The designer paper is my color choice with a few added pearls to the corners. My sentiment and voila!

Move on over to 18

How about that....18 already. My goodness time sure does fly. Created these in the short amount of time I had for the boys 18th birthday. They fully expected me to not give them a card since we were going in every direction but I did squeeze out these quick designs.

The background was created using Move the Soul background pieces randomly stamped in various ink colors. I then used my Aqua brush and grabbed one orange ink and flicked the base for some splatters. Die cut the numbers 18 and stamped my birthday sentiments in the corner. Some faux stitching down the left edge and Voila!

June connect the dots

Happy Monday! The June Dirty Dozen Christmas challenge is up and waiting your creation. Thank you Julie for posting that for me this month. I did have to finish my card between graduation parties this weekend, but I did get it finished. I hope you can play along this month with us.

My card is rather colorful and I adore how it turned out. The stamp set I used is called Bough Wow Wow. This also comes in digital format if you prefer called Mittens and Merriement. I like how the polka dots rather match the little pom poms in the image. This is colored with various Copic markers and no I did not add any sparkles to this card. I really wanted to but I held off on this one. I scattered a few enamel dots around the edges and the sentiment panel. Voila! Thanks for stopping by today.
