These two sets are awesome. First one is Charlie Daisy. Now isn't he just darling running in the daisies. hee hee I showed the inside of the card using another flower in this set too.

The second card is using the new set In God's hands. And I can't stop using this layout since I did that HM card. Sorry, I will stop after a few more cards. haha

Twinkling H2O's Birthday

This is for Flourishes Friday Focus on their newsletter found here. Laura does a wonderful tutorial on how to use twinkling h2o's. I love the shimmer they give. Now you are probably thinking I don't see the shimmer on this card. Its there TRUST me, I can't seem to get a photo to show it off though. CDS Sneaks Day Two

The tractor set is so fun and great for those masculine cards I love to make. This set is called Got Tractor. I kept it simple just added a few brads and done.

CDS Sneaks day one

WHOHOO Its day one of sneaks again for the March releases for Clear Dollar Stamps. You will be able to find all these stamps available here on March 1st.

This is one of the sets you can see sneaks of today. Its called Songbird Silhouettes. Its wonderful for those people who don't know how to color birds (ME) hee hee. I cut this bird out and popped it up on dimensionals. I like how this turned out. I used some fancy brads from Close to my Heart. I also masked the limb out a little bit more.

Mothers Day Mice

Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a great weekend. Mine was so relaxing and nice. Today's House Mouse and Friends blog challenge is to make a Mother's day card. You can find the challenge here and play along with us.
I have two sisters and this image is perfect. I ususally try to do a card with 3 of everything, not sure why I just always have. If you were to see us I am the little one even though I am the oldest. Seems I got the short gene and they got the tall one. hee hee
This card was also for the Ways to use it challenge WT206 over on SCS. This springy striped dp was perfect for my Mother's day card. Now just have to make one for my MIL and I am done. hee hee

Fishing Birthday

I am working on some cards for the girls at DH work. Birthday cards are always popular requests. This is for an avid fisherman. I popped the hat and his clothes up on a dimensional and it looks great I think. I should of put some sparkle on the water, but I forgot. I know.... bad bad. haha
Nothing on my plate this weekend so I am hoping to relax and stamp.

Timeless Tuesday Flowers....

Today is Flourishes Timeless Tuesday challenge. You can play along with us and read about it here. You are to use flowers on your card. It can be paper flowers, stamped flowers, silk flowers any flowers go.

This is one of the new sets called Signs of spring incase you missed it last week. I really like this daffodil. I popped it up on dimensionals and doddled around the border. Very simple, but so pretty!

MMM 2 Red Bananas Sketch

Happy Presidents day! The kids are not very happy they don't have school today. I can only pray they still think that in a few years. lol We have some fun things happening over at the House Mouse and Friends blog. First we have 3 new guest designers who are joining us. YEA!!! I had trouble with this card. My coluzzle broke so a circle was hard to come up with. I ended up using a scallop punch I have. Then I just couldn't pull it together like I wanted. Happy Friday! Today is the last day of our Sneak Peeks for Flourishes. Do you ever wonder how some get that beautiful watercolor look in their stamped creations? Wonder no more! Flourishes Living in Color Day Two

I used some gold stickers that Flourishes is offering in their store to add around this present for a cool touch. These stickers are flexible and can move about any angle. I am loving it, added some gold ribbon and voila! I have the panel up on dimensionals and yes a lot of white but it makes you focus on the image. I made a few with this set and will show those this coming week and at the release party.

Flourishes Sneak Peek Day One

Welcome to day one of the Feb. Release for Flourishes. I am so excited! These sets will all be available Friday Night 2/13 at 9 pm Eastern time. I had a lot of fun with all the sets this month and I hope you enjoy all the sneaks we have for you.
Here is the first set called Strut your stuff. So fun and so many options for colors on these feathers. I went with a girly side and used some pinks and teals. I have added some jewels for the bling. hee hee You can click on any of my pictures to see them close up if you would like also.

MMM Tall and Thin

Time for the mouses... hee hee Isn't he just the stinkin cutest. I so love this little guy. This weeks challenge on House Mouse and Friends blog is Tall and Thin. Perfect for those little stamps you have. I stamped this fancy border with a set from Clear Dollar Stamps called Vintage Flourishes. I added some jewels and some piercing... done. I love how this looks, he just makes me giggle.

Inspiration Challenge

This is the card I made for you. I *rocked and rolled* as they call it my image in brillant blue ink after I had stamped it in taken with teal ink. Then I used a marker and added yellow to the stamp before I stamped it down. Scored around the border and voila. I like how it turned out. I hope you get to play along with us!

Valentine Sketch

Its time for sketches by tamara. You can find the sketch here and play along with us. I am almost finished with my Valentines day cards only have a few more to go. Yea... Valentines is my second favorite holiday. I just love hearts of any kind. :0) I used my Birds on the Vines stamp set from Flourishes. I stamped the image and then used a marker to colors some of the birds red rather than the pink. I like how this turned out. Thanks for stopping by!
