MMM On A Budget

Happy Monday! I am ready to start the new week after yesterdays upset with the Colts. I am not surprised, just dissapointed. Manning will get back into a rhythm and things will be back to normal soon. Till then lets talk mice... lol

This weeks challenge on House Mouse and Friends was On A Budget. To make a card that cost less than $2.00 not counting paper, inks, or stamps. This is perfect for me this year, because I spent way too much on postage last year. This year I need to either mail fewer cards or have the postage cost less per card.

This card was not expensive to make. The ribbon was two pieces from the bin so lets say .05 to be on the high side. The jewels are .01 each so .04 total. The sparkle is not even counted seriously but for name sake how about .05 cents. And that is it. Maybe .15 cents total.

Not bad and I used one of my new house mouse stamps. This stamp can go a lot of directions if you aren't worried about cost. I have a few ideas that I will have to work on later with this one. For those *hand* delivered cards. hee hee So come play with us and lets see what you got. Make sure to check out the other DT cards with the link above.

Hope you all have a wonderful week! Stacy
