Supplies
Card stock, Ornate Hearts Die, ribbon, adhesive, score tool, scissors and hole punch
Step 1
Die cut two hearts in solid card stock along with lattice heart in white card stock. Take a piece of matching card stock cut 2 pieces 1 1/2 inch width x 2 1/2 inch length. Set aside lattice heart
Step 2
Take each piece of card stock and score along the width at 1/4, 3/4 and 1 1/4. Here is one scored and folded with adhesive on the 1/4 edges. You will have a valley fold inward on your middle score line as shown
Step 3
Make sure when you line these up that your valley fold is pointing out on each side. This way when you add treats it expands outward if bulky
Step 4
If you clap down one side it is easier to adhere your front piece to one edge
Step 5
This is what it will look like with one side attached. Remove the clap and add the other side
Step 6
Punch a hole at the top and thread your ribbon through. Decorate as desired
Step 7
My final hanging heart using Ornate Heart Dies. Inside is some mini skittle packets. I added pearls to the front lattice heart. Enjoy your new hanger.
