Oct. Sneak Peeks CDS Day 2

You made it to day two! hee hee So glad you stopped by for todays sneaks from Clear Dollar Stamps. I have a few for you this first one is a scripture single stamp John 3:16 desgined by Lori M. I have some razzleberry dp for the background, used some of my pearls and voila.
Now this next picture below is a gift set that I made for less that 1.50. Yep... I got all these things for dirt cheap over at our local Michael's. So the journal on the left had a great design to it already, so I just made a panel and stamped the sentiment from Christmas Blessings designed by Lori M. and added a few ribbons, flowers and pearls. The notepad to the right of that was just that a notepad. I removed the magnet on the back, made a cover to hold it. I tore off the first page trimmed the fancy damask off the page and made a border for the top and bottom. The notecards are already done for you, I just used the Spellbinders tag to add a sentiment and pearls to the front. Very simple gift set and it looks like I spent a ton on it. This is going to one of the boys teachers this Christmas. You can click on the picture to see it closer, I am really proud of this set, can you tell. LOL

Now this is my gift to me. hee hee I am now on a mission (now that I am home full time again) to cook for 1 whole year without making the same recipe. EEK you say, but I am so excited. So I got another one of these .47 cent journals from Michael's, used the new Baking with Charliene designed by Laurie. I added a designer paper panel to the front. I have the dates written in for each month, and then I write on that day what we had for dinner. So far its been almost 2 months without the same dinner at all. YEA.

Lastly today I have for you the set Holiday Nutcrackers designed by Laurie. I went with a very simple design, some scraps of dp that I just couldn't throw out. Now I used the poinsettia from this set and popped them up on dimensionals and a sentiment from the set.

Stacy! These are amazing. That first card is GOR-GUS! Hey, how on earth do you get your boys to eat new stuff? If I didn't serve hot dogs every other day, my boys would STARVE!
