Can you believe it is September already? The weather is still summer and honestly I am not ready to give it up yet. As we speak Flourishes is getting ready to show you the September release and all the goodies it contains. Our pre-challenge is all about the in fall colors you see above. Yep these are the fall colors this year and what a beautiful array of choices. For my creation I used the new beautiful Garden Girl 1,2,3 create Kit. Just look at those papers they are perfect for the fall in colors, I just think they are awesome. In sticking with my DH challenge this month and using no white I think I accomplished that easy peasy with this card. I have the beautiful Sweet Days of Summer as my stamp of choice. I am using the dickens out of the Spellbinders Fleur De Lis but can you blame me? It has to be one of my favorite dies from Spellbinders to date. Tied off the rich burgundy ribbon with one of the charms in the kit and voila!

Stacy, this is absolutely gorgeous!! I agree with Dawn, this card looks so rich!! I love that you stamped on DP, you gave it that early morning or late evening surreal look! It's like the image is in a misty early morning forest!! I love your purple border too! Ok, I'm completely head over heels in love, with your card! :)

FABULOUS use of the challenge colours. Your card is gorgeous! Love the fleur de lis frame for the tree adn the papers are perfect! You aced this challenge and hubby's challenge too :) Thanks for your kidn words re: my daughter. She is doing much better now :) Loves her teachers and classes and even told me last night that school was almost fun yesterday. God is good! Have a fabulous weekend :)
