Introducing Country road

Welcome to day 3 of Flourishes August release. We are showing you the beautiful Country Road set today. I have to say this set has a very calming nature to the images. I felt in a blue and white mood again when stamping so I went with it. :0) The sentiment I tagged with some twine to the edge and created the frame using Spellbinders Classic Ovals Large. Some blue checkered ribbon and button combo to finish it off!Be sure to check out the beautiful creations from the Senior Design Team today:

***Update on my cousin Cyrus Hostetler and his Olympic Javelin semi Finals. Cyrus placed 17th, he needed to place in the top 12. :0( Sad, however what an honor to be able to even compete at the Olympics. We are so proud of him! See him in another 4 years even better and stronger***

What a pretty card! I did look for coverage of the Javelin event last night, but I had a hard time keeping my eyes open. Hubby says I slept peacefully on the couch! No doubt you are proud of him, only the best of the best get to go to the Olympics!!
