Today is release day for Power Poppy's October Happiest Holidays Collection. We have been sharing sneak peeks the last 4 days in case you missed it. For those of you who have been hopping along, hopefully you have been getting into the spirit as we have. All the stamp sets you have seen are available now at the Power Poppy Store!
October 1st means not only release day for Power Poppy, but the new Dirty Dozen Christmas challenge is posted. October is all about Fill er' up! What do you fill at Christmas? Tins with cookies, stockings with goodies, cups of cocoa, trees with ornaments. The options are wide open on this months.. so filler up. Enjoy and have fun with it.
I choose a stocking to fill up today using the new set Poinsettia. I stamped the stocking on white card stock and colored with Copic markers. Then die cut a maroon scallop oval to layer the stocking panel on that is placed over some gingham paper. Was trying to go with a country feel to this card with the gingham and the ivory lace trim down the side. Added a ribbon and button twine combo over the lace trim. A few pearls along the sides and stickles on the stocking, voila!
The Bloom Brigade is cheerful and in the spirit today, check it out:

Oh! I love this design Stac and how you have the oval just hanging off the side like that -- just adds a pop of interest. Beautiful color scheme and fun little extras too!
