Yellow birthday Lilacs

Last Friday I showed you part of a gift set using the French Lilacs and promised to share more of the cards in the set. Here is another one in the gift set. This set was designed more as flat rate cards so that I could fit more in the box. I think they can be dressed up even with just a little bit of fluff, don't you?

Very simple with just a decorative die edge along the bottom. Wrapped some bakers twine and a button just above the fancy edge. A few sequins and voila!

Here is a photo of some Yellow Lilacs that were my inspiration. Someone emailed and asked me if they really do come in yellow. And they do!  ;-)  Hope you have a wonderful day!

Gorgeous Stacy! One of the reason I love your cards is that you always think outside the box. I would of never thought of colouring lilacs yellow, but they are gorgeous!!! I need to venture outside the box and try different colours. Well done my friend! Love the die cut bottom edge as well- very elegant.

I think it's beautiful..first off the image is gorgeous and your take on it in yellows is really beautiful. I just purchased this image not long ago and I can't wait to color it up!

WOW!! Stacy, how gorgeous this Lilacs look in yellow!!! This card is just so beautiful. One of the fabulous things about this craft is that we can color the images in which ever way we want to, there is no written rule about it. Thank you for the inspiration, I can't wait till I get mine in the mail.
Thank you also for sharing.

I love the lilacs in yellow! Of course, yellow and white is a favorite combo, anyway, as is the petty die cut border you used. Gorgeous, Stacy!
