Seeds of today

Good afternoon! Don't you like extra long weekends? School is out in 7 days so it will be long weekdays then, woot woot! This morning I had a little time to create before we head to the field for a game. We have graduation this weekend I need a few cards so it was perfect timing to use the new Seeds of Today image.

I know what you are thinking, this does not look like your typical graduation card and it isn't. That is why I like it.  ;-)  Very simple and the focus is springy and cheerful. Might not be a graduation card but I do like it. Not much fluff to this just added some faux double stitching to the edge of the panel. A single pink sparkler to the corner and some sparkles to the leaves of the plant. Voila!

As we have this extra long weekend for Memorial Day. Please remember those who have served our country and who currently serve to keep us safe here at home and Thank Them! Check out Leslie's fabulous creation showing off patriotic colors on the PP Blog today. Don't forget the FREE DIGI's of Let Freedom Ring sentiments are still available! Have a wonderful rest of your afternoon.

Oh, Stacy, I LOVE your card! Love the tilted main panel, and your image is beautifully colored! And wow! Was I fooled by the faux stitching! I was sure you did that by machine! LOVE it! Beautifully done, sweet friend! And I'll join in with you on the woot woot for school being over soon! Big hugs!

I would never have guessed your stitches weren't real. They're so pretty in pink and perfectly executed! I love this image on the green polka dot paper, and I do think it's a perfect grad card for a girl. You're sweet to mention my patriotic PP card, Stacy, and thanks for pointing out that the sentiments are still available. Bet you're looking forward to summer. I know you'll stay busy with the boys, but maybe activities will slow down just a little bit for you. I always looked forward to summers when my son was in school.
