Party Time

Yep is was party time! Summer is just about over and that means school will be starting. Not sure they think its party time however, they miss the routine. Not sure I had used the single piece of cake in the set Party Time yet so figured I would give it a whirl. Oh what fun it is to color.

I actually had this started for one of the Dirty Dozen challenges and then I figured it wasn't quite the way the challenge explained. I do like how it turned out, simple and sweet. It would be perfect for a guy birthday card had I not put the flower on the corner. Oh well... Guess I need to get working on a new one for the guys. I need several guy birthday cards and I have none. gasp!!! Anyways, very easy peasy with just some sparkle and enamel dots added for accents. Voila!

Oh, Stacy! I LOVE this card! What a perfect one with the cake and the great DP! Sure, it would have been great for a guy, but I love the flowers! Sweet!! You can make another without the flower now that you've done the creative part!! Hugs! xoxo

You always make your cards look so cute and special so I never think of them as easy or quick, but I know what you mean. Yep, easy coloring of this super cute cake. You even made that little candle look special. Love it, Stacy!
