Several dies used for this from the balloons, to the pennant and the number one. Lots of sparkles and then I also stamped Happy Birthday sentiment to the balloon itself. Voila! Thanks for stopping by today.

This is exactly why I love making kids cards -- all the cuteness and bright colors and fun! Sometimes I just can't limit it to kids cards so I go a little wild. Love this, Stacy, and it's perfect for catching the eye of a 1 yr old!
