Happiest Holidays Coll.2 O Holy Night

Welcome to day 2 of our October release with our beautiful O Holy Night. If you missed day one be sure to check it out on the Power Poppy blog, Marcella has some inspiration behind the new set for you. This classic snow-covered church on Christmas Eve in this set is intended for creating make-and-go cards or color to your hearts content. A must have for your Christmas Collection.

I have to say this did not match what I had pictured yet I do like how it turned out. I had seen several of these evening pictures of wintry night scene's and early dawn scene's that were super cool. I tried to replicate that here with the morning sun rising in yellows.  Added a Spellbinders A2 Bracket Border One edge and just a few jewels in the corner with added sparkles. Voila! Another simple Christmas card done.

Stace, when I first set eyes on this card of yours -- I gasped. You NAILED the effect of the moon glow on your image. I need to study this to see if I can tackle that effect -- so incredibly beautiful!!!

Stacy, this is just amazing the way the moonlight plays over the scene. You did a fantastic job with that. I don't think it would have occurred to me to try that, but you nailed it. My hat is off to you. Totally gorgeous!
