Magnolia Sunshine

Happy Friday! Today I am getting around to the Power and Spark challenge this month which can be found HERE. This month's challenge is to change up your coloring medium.

My card today is using colored pencils. They add such a softer feel to creations. Here is the new Magnolia Sunshine printed on white cardstock. I used various colored pencils to color the blooms. I thought the teal like gingham was really pretty with the pink paper and yellows. My berries in the image are colored to match with the sequins to tie it all together.  Then the added sparkles to the blooms before it was all out together with the layers. Voila!

Be sure to check out the Power Poppy Blog for a list of all that are playing today!

Beautiful Stacy. Your colouring always 'wows' me, just gorgeous! Love your layout and that teal gingham is perfect with the pink c/s. I like that you coloured the berries teal/turquoise and those sequins finishes this off nicely.

So beautiful, I love the layers and the gingham and pink combo, gives a very fresh look. The touch of shimmer on the flowers is pretty too :)

Oh, Stacy, I just love these colors and really love your coloring and the gingham checked (now who doesn't love gingham with some beautiful flowers, eh?). I love the die you've used and always how you know exactly where to place your sequins. Hugs, sweet friend!

This is just so beautiful Stacy. I like the softness you have achieved with the pencils rather than Copics. The colours you have chosen for the card, the pink and the teal are wonderful together. Cheers.
