Flower Bomb

Good morning! Sunday I had sometime to look over on Splitcoast at the gallery and came across the new Dirty Dozen theme for March. It has been awhile since I played and saw that it was Secret Garden this month. Well that gave me an excuse to play and use the new Flower Bomb that has been sitting on my desk. hee hee

This just feels like spring on a card doesn't it? These flowers are roses and violets and so much fun to color. After I colored the image I die cut using ODBD Pierced squares die and layered onto a Spelbinders decorative die. Used a piece of vellum to over lay with my sentiment from Nice Things To Say and added enamel dots to the edges. Voila! I wanted to add sparkle to the flowers, I mean really really wanted to... but I held off. I think I add that to almost every card so I will hold off of this one. Just know, that I wanted to though. hee hee  Well I hope you have a wonderful day today!

Oh, Stacy, this is GORGEOUS! I absolutely love your coloring and the soft colors. And what a fabulous DP with the beautiful matting of the pink to match the roses and the decorative lavender die! And I always forget about doing a sentiment in vellum. Love the enamel dots to hold it in place! STUNNING! Hugs and love! xoxo

This is so lovely, Stacy!! That is a beautiful stamp...and I always like layered vellum sentiments...just too sweet!! I just spent the past weekend playing with Easter cards...not posted yet...but I was drawn to these exact colors. They just remind me of spring, renewal, and Easter!

YOU are the flower bomb, Stacy! Here's one I haven't even printed yet. I fell behind, and now I have some of the new release sets... oh, I'm so bad! But I love it so good! Your coloring is gorgeous (do I sound like a broken record?), and I love the fresh look of the lavender with the particular shade of green. Very springy!

Sooo pretty! That green matches some of the new leaves filling the trees here and your bouquet is colored beautifully Stacy. Hugs!
