Rose bookmark

Morning! I enjoy reading and my bookmarks tend to get rather worn from use, so why not create a new one for myself. This did not quite turn out like I had pictured in my head but I do like it. Artistic Bouquet is a large image but I thought using partial of the image would be great for my bookmark. Besides this makes the rose stand out more.  ;-)

Yellow is my favorite color for roses and since I had colored that first I needed to figure out the rest of the colors as I went. Added some Spellbinders designer cut edges to the green apple cardstock and layered onto the chocolate base. Then ribbon tied to the top with a button and twine. Finished it off with some sparkle and voila!

Oh, my, this image worked out beautifully for your bookmark! I'm really impressed with how you cut those edges. Very creative and super cute! I do tend to go for the yellow roses, too. Always have. Just lovely, Stacy!
