Luminous for you

Good morning and Happy Friday! We have a few things going on at Power Poppy in case you have been away on vacations or just plain missed the postings. Here is the rundown and links to the detailed blog posts:
  • Power and Spark June Bug Challenge ending soon! Your chance to win $50 in Power Poppy dollars.
  • Want to be a guest designer for the Hues to Use challenge? Check it out and play along for a chance to be our guest.
  • Meet our new mascot... Tibbs the PowerPuppy. You can read about the new addition HERE from Marcy.

Yep we have a few things going on. You can always sign up for Marcy's Newsletters to make sure you don't miss all the exciting things to come. Oh did I mention a new release is coming in July? ACK!!! I know you will be just as excited as we are. Marcy's new releases are sure to energize and inspire you to color and create. Now on to my card....

Finally was able to sit down and color the new Luminous Bouquet digi that came out recently. Oh what a fun image to color. This is printed on the larger side for a 5x5 size card. Very simple design with some textured dots for the base and piercing along the bottom. Added some designer paper to bring out the cloves and leaves and a strip of orange for the blooms. My sentiment in the corner and voila!

Be sure to check out the Bloom Brigades creations today:

  Cindy Lawrence
  Katie Sims

Don't forget the weekend stamp steal going on for a brief time. Everything's Rosy, Rose Chamomile and Everything's Even Rosier. There are too many to show of my favorites with these so I will just share one with you. :-)

I love how soft this feels. Have a wonderful weekend and enjoy your day.

Goodness WOW, Stacy! Your Luminous Bouquet is a knockout! And seeing your roses again reminds me how much I love that image. Absolutely one of my Marcy favorites. The way you did the border along the top is so pretty!

Oh, Stacy!! I love your Luminous Bouquet and the gorgeous colors you've used! Stunning choices of colors for the flowers too and a perfect layout with the DP and the embossed layer! And I love seeing that beautiful roses card! Stunning coloring and a perfect die at the top with the pink peeking out! Have a beautiful Fourth of July, sweet friend! Hugs and love! xoxo
