Friday is here and thank goodness. I have a day planned in the stamp room tomorrow and I am EXCITED! Sad that I have to plan a day in here, but hey whatever it takes. In the meantime this is a card I created using Time To Fly digi that Marcy released a few weeks ago. Such a variety of options with this image.
This is pretty straight forward in design. After the image was colored with various Copic markers I layered onto some dark purple card stock. My base layers are designer paper with a few of the matching solid layers.
I did print this the same size twice so that I could cut out the butterflies and pop their wings out. That has to be the first thing I always think of with butterfly designs. It just adds such a cool aspect especially when you want minimal accents. A single jewel by my sentiment and then sparkles to finish it off. Voila

Stunning work! Truly amazing coloring !
I honestly think this is one of the most amazing things you've ever done. It's incredibly beautiful! I understand about planning a day. Did you announce it to the family? That's what I still have to do sometimes.
I am amazed that you get any time at all to craft. So when you do, you make a genius creations like this one. This is such an interesting stamp and it looks first-class and charming!
Awesome card Stacy, I love the image and you did a great job with it!
I love the soft colours you used and that matching design paper is gorgeous. I also cut out butterfly wings because a butterfly has to fly, even on paper LOL.
I hope you had a great day in you stamp room and wish you a wonderful Sunday.
Wow, Stacy this is gorgeous! Your colouring is spot on. Love that you popped up the butterflies, love the 3d look, and love your choice of background papers! Love this!
