Another sketch gone astranged...

Well here is another attempt at a sketch that started off on the right foot and then went astranged. ha! This sketch is from Katharina's Blog. Sketch 59 is super fun you can find the post HERE. Here it is at a quick glance also.
Ofcourse I am using the new Fall Secret kit from Whiff of Joy. I totally adore this set and well its still pretty new on the desk. hee hee I first stamped out the fun grapes onto classic white cardstock in memento tuxedo black ink. I then colored the grapes with copic markers. This guy had not been inked up yet in the set so I colored him with several copics again and then layered him up a a layer and added dimensionals. I don't use my colored brads enough so this was perfect to add some red brads. Then is where it went astranged on the sketch, I added the bottom layer panel and used some red wrinkled ribbon that I was going to attach the tag to. Well I forgot the tag goes on the main panel when I tied my ribbon off. Then I tried to add the sentiment panel and it looked cluttered so I left it off. EEK!
Neeeedless to say this is just an any old day card now. ha! The beautiful little roset I added is from my blooms stash from Pat. finished it off with a few flourished pearls and voila! Isn't he just so cute with that little grin? hee hee Hope you have a wonderful day!

How cute this is! I love the bright red ribbon and brads--not what you'd expect to see, but absolutely perfect! Fantastic coloring on that little mouse, too.
