This is a great set for some altered projects that I have been wanting to work on ahead of time. I bought these plain journals at the store for $1 a few months ago and have them in mind for a certain project at the boys school. I grabbed one with the teal side binding to go with the pink colors in the designer paper. Stamped the image onto classic white cardstock using memento tuxedo black ink. Colored with copic collections:
Once colored layered onto some of our Color Made Easy Emerald Coast and Candy Pink Collection cardstock.
Die cut my sentiment out using our Perfectly Pierced Classic Window die and sponged around the sentiment before I removed the die. Some lace trim along the side panel and some Color Made Easy Emerald Coast Teal Blue that I tied into a ribbon bow. Finished the bow off with a Color Made Peasy Candy Pink button and some ivory jute tied into a bow. A lovely journal recovered.
