  • Another change at winning Power Poppy bucks you say? Why yes... Check out this months Power and Spark challenge Hitting the books brought to you by miss Katie. This challenge has a chance to win $50 gift card to PP. Now why wouldn't you play along?  :-)

My creation today using Fortunes of Fall is something I have wanted to do for awhile. Several people have done versions of these pumpkins using toilet paper rolls and I have adored them. So I created my own version today. It is super easy and I think turned out darling.

I actually found this burlap ribbon at the dollar store a few weeks back. I wrapped it around the roll a few times and made sure that it over lapped. Then rolled some chocolate paper for the stem and some swirly sprigs I guess you call them in green and orange. Now leaves are probably not on pumpkins normally but I liked the addition to this, they are from the Chrysanthemum XL stamp set. My tag uses the pumpkin stamp from the set that is on a tag. Colored with various Copics and then a button or two with the sentiment tag. Voila! A few of these will make great little gifts for friends. They are going to love them.

Check out the Bloom Brigades creations today:

So very autumnal.... I love that word and I love your creation. Fortunes of Fall is so great. I love your use of colors. I think aqua and orange are so lovely together. Perfect for fall. Nicely done.

My favorite stamp of the release so far! LOVE how you've created the burlap pumpkin! They surely would have leaves when fresh picked or still sitting in the pumpkin patch. This is so cute and creative, Stacy!

Stacy, what a sweet burlap pumpkin! I love your creativity, and I love this sweet tag! And, as Leslie said, pumpkins in a patch have large leaves, and we can always make our pumpkins any way we want...and I love it with the leaf! Hugs and love, sweet friend! xoxo

I think I made one of those pumpkins a few years ago...it was pretty fun to do! This one is adorable and what a cute tag!! I love that image! If you ever run out of toilet paper...it would be hard to have to tear into this. I'm sure it will give someone a big smile! :)
