Vibrant notecard

Happy Fourth of July! Today packs a punch as we celebrate with family, friends, food and our wonderful independence! My creation packs a punch too, right? Vibrant pinks and orange to blend with these beautifully drawn flowers from Power Poppy called Countryside Bouquet. Hurry as this Digital image is only available for a limited time, you can buy, print and color today! In case you missed it, the other new releases are available as well at the Power Poppy store. Onto my creation...

Before I get to the details of my card which are pretty simple. Yes, you do notice a smudge of ink in the top right corner. That will however be removed or covered up before too long. I was running out of hours in the day to get this photo taken and I smudged that just as I dropped the marker for a touch up before I took the photo. ACK!!! Talk about frustrating, but hey I am human.  :-)
Now for the details...I used the awesome color Orange that I never thought I would like so much for my image and hot pink. What a combo right? Summer feeling, vibrant and cheerful all around. Layered some gingham card stock as the base and my Spellbinders Grand Labels One for the base. Rounded my corners on all layers and added a ribbon bow to tie it off. Vibrant voila today!
Don't forget about our Power Poppy Peep Of The Week! We have a fun challenge today of Red, White and Blue along with a few Free Digi Sentiments! Check out the Power Poppy Blog for all the details and just post up your creation to the link and see if you are the latest peep! Hopefully you get sometime to stamp and play today!

Oh, Stacy, this is gorgeous! Your bouquet is so beautifully colored, and I love the vibrant colors! And now that I'm reading your post, ACK! How awful! Been there and done that!! Have you tried using the Clear? That can help...some! Ah, such a reminder of our humanness, isn't it? But it makes it a one-of-a-kind keeper! Hugs, sweet friend!

JUICY JUICY JUICY!! I love that you are expanding your color horizons into orange, because you have got some flair for it in a big way! Framed in black - it's set off with big impact, and just says ZIPADEEDO-DAH to me! Happy 4th of July, Stace, enjoy your family!
