Some gingham layered on kraft card stock with some faux stitching around the edges. Wrapped a bit of twine around the edge and added a fun heart Rich Rach Die-Light with faux stitching to match. There is a whale just like this at the water park my kids used to love sitting on as the spout was water. Made me think of it :) Cute card.
